UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. is the authorized planning consultant acting on behalf of Representative Holdings Inc., the owner of 117 Forest Ave & 175 Catharine St S.

The proposal for the subject property is to develop a residential building with 85 units, known as the Brockton. On the undeveloped portion of the property, the proposal entails establishing a 10 storey multiple residential building for 78 units and seven three-storey townhouse units. A shared underground parking garage with 41 spaces, including 1 accessible spaces is also proposed.

To facilitate this proposal, applications were submitted to the City of Hamilton in December of 2016, to amend the applicable Zoning By-Law.
